Step
1 - Collective Conversation
First: A girl or group of girls looks at the
program descriptions to see which
ones look like something they would like to participate in.
Next: She / They
tell parents or guardians who then need to contact
us. We begin to have a conversation about
what's possible. Girls initiate
the next step by choosing the program.
Then: Girls invite
their friends to an event
to create a Passage-circle.
